About Me
I'm a Christian, husband, dad, and servant based in Bakersfield, CA. I lead payment and observability services at Amazon while building KitFox Labs, a water-accounting platform for California growers. Along the way I earned a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Data Analytics from Western Governors University.
Earlier in my career I built artificial-lift analytics at Apergy (now Champion X), delivering anomaly detection and manage-by-exception workflows across thousands of wells. At Amazon I helped launch the Accounts Payable streaming service and later drove a cross-region migration that processes over $4 B annually.
KitFox Labs is now streaming LoRaWAN meter data into a TimescaleDB ledger and piloting modular accounting tools to automate SGMA compliance. I'm excited to partner with irrigation districts and fellow technologists to open up water data and local trading.
I live in Bakersfield with my wife and three kids. Off the clock you'll find me automating solar-battery setups, running minimalist workouts, or thinking long-term about how tech can serve land, water, and neighbor alike.
